After breakfast begin your scenic journey towards the northern vast wilderness crossing the equator that separates parks and reserves of the northern and southern parts of Kenya. Enjoy an evening game drive exploring the landscape and searching for wildlife.

Overnight at Simba Lodge Samburu

Morning Game Drive: After an early breakfast, depart for a morning game drive through Samburu National Reserve. Explore the open plains and the Ewaso Nyiro River, looking for elephants, lions, leopards, Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, Beisa oryx, and Somali ostrich—the famous Samburu Special Five

Afternoon Game Drive: Later in the afternoon, head back into the reserve as the wildlife becomes more active in the cooler hours. Continue searching for elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes and predators, while enjoying the beautiful scenery of acacia woodland, rocky outcrops and the Ewaso Nyiro River

Overnight: Samburu Simba Lodge

After breakfast, depart from Samburu in the morning and drive south towards the Laikipia region, enjoying scenic views of the northern Kenyan landscape en route to Ol Pejeta Conservancy.

Arrive at Ol Pejeta around lunchtime and proceed for check-in and lunch. After a short rest, begin an afternoon exploration of the conservancy.

Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary

Visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, a safe haven for rescued chimpanzees. Guests will learn about the sanctuary’s conservation and rehabilitation work and observe the chimpanzees in their naturalistic surroundings.

Morani Information Centre & Rhino Experience

Continue to the Morani Information Centre to learn about Ol Pejeta’s conservation programs and its efforts to protect endangered species. Depending on the day's arrangements, guests can also visit Baraka, the famous blind black rhino ambassador, and learn about rhino conservation. Continue later with the evening game drive across the conservancy, with opportunities to see rhino, elephant, buffalo, zebra, giraffe, lion and other wildlife.

Overnight at Sweetwaters Serena

Departure after breakfast towards aberdare region arriving in time for lunch at Aberdare Country club and later a brief relaxation, afterwards proceed towards the Ark for check-in and nature experience. The Ark is one of Kenya’s unique forest safari experiences, where visitors can relax in an iconic ark-shaped lodge while watching elephants, buffaloes and other wildlife gather around a floodlit waterhole and salt lick. Beyond the lodge, the surrounding Aberdare National Park offers misty forests, dramatic waterfalls, mountain scenery, moorlands, volcanic rock formations and rich birdlife

After breakfast at The Ark Lodge, enjoy some final wildlife viewing from the lodge’s viewing decks overlooking the waterhole and salt lick. Thereafter, descend through the beautiful Aberdare highlands and drive towards the Great Rift Valley, enjoying scenic views of the forested mountains and countryside along the way.

Continue to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge. After lunch and a short rest, depart for an evening game drive through Lake Nakuru National Park.

Explore the lake shores, acacia woodland and open grasslands while looking out for black and white rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, buffaloes, waterbucks, zebras, baboons and a variety of bird species. The Park is particularly known for its rhino sanctuary and rich birdlife, with approximately 450 recorded bird species.

Continue the game drive towards sunset, stopping at scenic viewpoints for photographs before returning to Lake Nakuru Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge

After breakfast, depart for an early morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, exploring the park’s diverse habitats around the lake, woodland and open grasslands then continue south towards Lake Naivasha enjoying scenic views of the Great Rift Valley along the way.

Arrive at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort for a relaxed lunch and check in. After lunch, enjoy some time at the lodge and its surroundings before proceeding for the afternoon lake boat excursion for birds and hippo watching and visit to the Cresent Island for a guided walk close to animals like zebras, giraffes, impalas, gazelles, ostrich and waterbucks plus scenic views of the lake itself.

Overnight at Sopa Lodge Naivasha

After breakfast, depart from your lodge at Lake Naivasha and drive towards Nairobi traversing through elevated points of the great rift valley followed by a visit at the Karen Blixen Museum.

Enjoy a guided tour of the historic farmhouse, gardens and grounds, learning about Karen Blixen and the history associated with Out of Africa.

Proceed to the Giraffe Centre, a short drive from the museum and get the opportunity to see and feed the Rothschild’s giraffes from the raised viewing platform and more, learn about the center’s conservation work.

End Your Nairobi Adventure with a Legendary Carnivore Feast that takes you from the wild savanna to the table at the famous carnivore restaurant.

After lunch, depart The Carnivore and proceed to your booked lodge/hotel in Nairobi, concluding the excursion and marking the end of your safari.
