Stay: Maji Moto Eco Camp

Depart Nairobi early morning and drive through the Great Rift Valley, with a scenic viewpoint stop along the way. Continue towards the Maasai Mara, arriving in time for check in and enjoy a freshly prepared lunch using locally sourced ingredients. After a short relaxation period, taka a guided Nature Walk Around the Camp and the surrounding area that will allow you to have insights about local trees, plants and the Maasai Mara ecosystem. 

This walk will also be spiced by a visit to the natural majimoto hot springs where visitors can experience the naturally warm waters and learn about the local significance of the springs. In the evening enjoy the Maasai cultural experience that will encompass traditional songs and dances, introduction to the traditional Maasai art of war and traditional medicines. Sundowner & Relaxation follows afterwards where you will enjoy refreshments while watching the sunset in the surrounding landscape. Return to camp for dinner followed by a campfire experience, with local stories, cultural presentations and relaxation under the stars.

Stay: Sentrim Maasai Mara

After breakfast, depart for Sentrim Maasai Mara Lodge entering the park with a morning game drive towards the lodge arriving in time for check in and lunch. Continue with the evening game drive to locate more animals and enjoy the vast landscape.

After breakfast, embark on a guide full day game drive across the Mara ecosystem that will take you wildebeest crossing points along the Mara River. The iconic mara river crossing usually begins in the month of July as the herds enter Kenya’s Maasai Mara. The river crossing is a natural event and cannot be guaranteed, but the area offers excellent opportunities for observing crocodiles, hippos and wildlife along the river. During the safari, enjoy the rhythm of the wild by having a picnic lunch in the open nature and a guided walk along the river. Afterwards continue with the afternoon game drive to take advantage of the big 5 and many other game species returning to the lodge in the late afternoon.

Rise above the Masai Mara in a hot-air balloon for one of the most amazing safari experiences possible. Apart from the superb views that seem to go on forever, you can enjoy the early morning light and many animals down below.
